Contraversial: There are some pain specialists who feel uncontrolled CRPS can "centralize" and spread throughout the body. If there is spread, more commonly, would expect issue in opposite leg first. Would suggest you investigate co-morbidities, such as giant cell arteritis, small fiber neuropathy, polymyalgia rheumatica, nutritional deficiencies, especially B-12.
