5 days after skin operation (removal of 1 big cyst from the scalp + 2 moles from back and leg). stitches on with bandaid (except head, only stitches). can my partner take a shower without bandaids and wash his hair? what is the best to do to clean?

Yes: Five days is long enough for the surface of the wound to have sealed. Usual washing with soap and water is fine.
