A Neurology consult and additional lab and possibly CSF analysis may be helpful. Vasculitis may be caused by a number of conditions. Do you have renal or cardiac conditions? A history of COVID 19 infection may contribute to your symptoms.

Although not feasible to be precise, would wonder if you actually suffered a traumatic brain injury, which could explain the white matter findings. Do suggest a visit to a neuropsychologist to pin this down. Not clear what you mean by "vasculitis" as that could be an inflammatory co-morbidity. Perhaps a visit to a neurologist will provide the approach to deal with all of this.
