HPV is a virus that is typically cleared by the body without intervention in many cases. Sometimes, though, the HPV virus can "hide" in vaginal or cervical cells and not be recognized by the body or tests. Or, a long term partner can become a carrier. It sounds like your HPV infection was treated but has returned. Make sure you are working with your Dr for treatment of CIN.
