Had a colonosc in july 2021,bleeding of ,the vag and rectum. had xray, cts x 2 and ultrasound. can't excercise anymore. too excruciating abdominal pain. affected my mental health. should i opt for mri as a radiologist dr recom it or lapros?

Unless there is (are) suspicious lesion(s) which could not defined by CT scan and that (those) finding(s) need(s) to be clarified by MRI or laparoscopy I would go first with MRI. However, if there is no abnormal finding by 2 CTs and US, I am not sure what MRI or laparoscopy could offer and your pain could be due to a functional disorder of the GI tract.
