What is the EXACT time you take ryzodeg and what is the time you check your sugar? In general, hypoglycemia is more dangerous than hyperglycemia when we treat diabetes with combined medications. I am surprised that a change of just 2 units of ryzodeg can make that much difference. The timing of Janumet can be contributory.
