Disclaimer

if stress echo,echo,ecg,holter monitor and also bloods are all normal does that rule out the heart as cause of my chest discomfort squeezing. ?

Data: With that combination of normal tests in a 21yr. old male, the probability of your heart causing symptoms is very low.

Most likely.: Given your age, the negative tests etc. would consider your symptoms to be non-cardiac. It is wise however to follow up if you note any change in symptoms
