The "HSG report" is consistent with normal uterine and tubal anatomy, but hormonal or sperm adequacy issues may also contribute to fertility problems. The most common cause for infertility statistically is an abnormal HSG, with blocked tubes, or uterine structural abnormalities, which the information described does not show.
