No, that means both tubes are patent.

An HSG with contrast material showing "free intraperitoneal contrast", implies that your fallopian tubes are open, and theoretically do not provide a basis for infertility. However, your GYN physician may recommend a diagnostic laparoscopy to make certain that the ovaries are not blocked by adhesions, should pregnancy not occur in the next 8-10 months, given your partner's normal sperm count.
