X-ray hsg done without fluroscopy. uterus is normal in shape. uterine cavity is normal in outline. no intra uterine filling defect is seen. bilateral fallopian tubes appears beaded peripherally with minimal free spillage of contrast.means tubes open?

The words "minimal free spillage" and "beading" mean the structures are abnormal in appearance and may not function normally. Please discuss the findings with the doc who ordered the study and can put the assessment in terms of your personal history.
