A member asked:

My hsg results show slow opacification, distal coiling and distal dilatation of the left and right fallopian tubes.what does this mean?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

HSG results: The HSG results mean that the far end of the fallopian tubes are swollen(dilated), "rolled up" (coiled) and probably impassible for a sperm or egg to join each other. Ask your Fertility MD for his/her interpretation as he/she may have actually seen the HSG procedure film and not just the report.
