I just had an hsg done i had my left fallopian tube removed due to ectopic pregnancy the hsg was done for my remaining right tube the report said there is no intraperitoneal spillage of contrast on the right or left. what does that mean?

The most common explanation is lack of tubal latency in your remaining tube, which is the result of pelvic inflammation, one of the common causes of tubal pregnancy. If pregnancy is desired, prompt discussion of options with a trusted gyn is warranted
