Not normal: A normal hsg shows free spillage of contrast from both tubes into the peritoneal cavity. No spill means the tubes are blocked somehow. If the tubes are blocked, the egg cannot travel down the tube to be fertilized by sperm and become an embryo (and the woman becoming pregnant).
