A member asked:

Did hsg and the report says the right and left uterine tubes are normal in calibre but loculated intraperitoneal spillage of contrast pls explain what it means?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

It means your tubes are not blocked and appear normal (good) but there may be some scarring and adhesions around the tubes and ovaries (not so good) that prevents the contrast from spilling out freely. Talk to your doctor about what they recommend for next steps.
