Sure, you can take them all at once. Why do you think you are deficient? For a 19-year-old to have a deficiency of any of these on almost any diet would be very unusual, and taking a few random supplements out of the hundreds out there is a bit arbitrary and likely to cause more problems than help. But that's just my 2 cents. What are the chances you'll be taking 3 different supplements in a year?
