i am a 40 year old very active woman who would like to start a vitamin regimen. can you take collagen supplements, biotin, prenatal or multivitamin ?

Vitamin: I started working on Vitamin D many decades ago. Many people - doctors included - recommend many vitamin supplements but I doubt that is helpful. Eat properly, take one tablet (1000 mg) of vitamin D daily, and you will enjoy every bit of the rest of your life.
