Waste of money: There is no good reason to take this amount of supplements. They offer little or no benefit for a healthy 22 year old.
Created for people with ongoing healthcare needs but benefits everyone.

Quoting the AMA: We recommend that all adults take one multivitamin daily. This practice is justified mainly by the known and suspected benefits of supplemental folate and vitamins B12, B6, and D in preventing cardiovascular disease, cancer and osteoporosis and because multivitamins at that dose are safe and inexpensive.” https://tinyurl.com/yase6zbg Vit D benefits: https://tinyurl.com/2chkcer

We are not talking about taking a single multivitamin in this case. This case is one of taking numerous supplements in a healthy 22 year old. This is never justified.

See below: Agree with Dr. Krauser, there is no need for supplements. Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex. Get HPV vaccine
