is it safe to take vitamin c 1000mg, biotin 5000 mcg, l-lysine 1000mg, super b-complex, vitamin a 8000 iu, iron 65 mg, & zinc 50 mg all at the sametim?

Does not matter: I would not take ANY of these. Some are harmful. All are useless in the absence of specific indications. If you have medical problems, see your DR. If you have no symptoms, realize that the purveyors of all these are making a sucker out of you.
