A 21-year-old female asked:
Can i take biotin, b12, calcium, and cranberry gummy supplement vitamins together or should i wait 30+ mins between each so that they dont cancel each other out and lessen the benefits? is this even possible with the listed vitamins?

You may take these vitamins in any order or all at once. More important is the reason for your wanting to take these. If you eating a balanced diet you do not need to take any of these supplements.
For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
