Klebsiella is not an unusual bacteria but will probably require a different antibiotic for treatment. It has probably become more dominant because previous treatments have suppressed other bacteria (commonly E. coli).

Recurrent UTI warrant a Urologic consult to find cause. Once found it will be treated. In the meantime drink plenty of water. Keep the vulvo vaginal area clean. Hope you do well
