A member asked:

50-100,000 cfu/ml urogenital flora present no common pathogens. is this a uti infection?

Post incomplete. Such reports would indicate whether the flora was a single entity or a mix of several. A single entity of this number may be a UTI, a mixed would suggest poor collection technique/contaminants. The doc who ordered the study should assess its worth.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, the result you provided is not consistent with UTI. Wish you good health!
