You heart rate and symptoms may reflect your deconditioning due to lack of exercise. Do aerobic exercise. Any exercise, walking biking, jogging, treadmill will do. Start with low intensity exercise and increase the duration and intensity as tolerated. Try to exercise about 150 minutes/week, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or drugs
