My heart rate went up to 154 today just brisk walking, it came down gradually but my resting heart rate always seems to be between 80 and 90 is this high? i have done all tests including the holter minitor it shows that my heart is fine?

You heart rate and symptoms may reflect your deconditioning due to lack of exercise. Do aerobic exercise. Any exercise, walking biking, jogging, treadmill will do. Start with low intensity exercise and increase the duration and intensity as tolerated. Try to exercise about 150 minutes/week, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or drugs
