My heart rate at rest is between 55-59. i dont have any symptoms. is it ok? my holter ecg is good min heart rate at sleep 53. max 147 ( activity) midlle 79. one episode mobitz i at sleep. but last 4 days heart rate at rest 55-59. is that ok? i am 43?
