Breast implants: Options include removal and replacement with smaller implants - or removal without replacement.

See Surgeon.: Best to discuss your concerns with your plastic surgeon. Options would include downsizing of breast implants or removal altogether. Communicate your goals carefully with your plastic surgeon; clear communication is one of the keys to achieving patient satisfaction. In my practice, the use of goal pictures are very helpful. Best wishes.

Downsize?: You can certainly exchange your implants to a more comfortable size. Speak with a local plastic surgeon about this. Implant exchange operations usually have a pretty easy recovery.
