Got to know after ultrasound that the size of the uterus is 11.6x6.6x4.2 cm and an intramural fibroid in anterior wall of uterus (4.2x3.8) cm. is this serious ? or need to go for surgery. currently taking medicine tab gynaset ?

Fibroids are very common in women. Unless they are causing significant pain or bleeding, then they are generally not a problem. But of course you should speak with the doc who ordered the ultrasound about your concerns.
