My right supraclavicular fossa is a lot fattier and tougher to the touch than the left. i'm not able to feel any lymph node or anything. is this normal?

Fullness or swelling of the supraclavicular area accompanied by a hard feeling on touch raises a question of possible growth or tumor in this area. Although you do not feel any mass in this area, I would advise you to seek medical attention and let your primary care physician check this area for you. It is hard to be sure if there is a abnormal growth in this area unless you are a medical person.
