Is a lympf node supraclavicular or cervical posterior if its located behind the ear nibble but straight down in the fossa? few mm, u cant see it, ok?

Neither: A lymph node located behind the ear is a postauricular lymph node and is not in the supraclavicular or posterior cervical chains. It would raise concern if it increases in size or new lymph glands appear.
