Lymphadenopathy: The only absolute way to determine whether these are malignant is to excise and biopsy and examine under the microscope. This would usually not be done unless the nodes seemed hard, fixed to underlying tissues, etc. Not sure why you are so worried about this at your age, but having an exam by a PCP might be beneficial, and if you are still disturbed, perhaps a therapist.
