What could be causing a left supraclavicular fossa pain?

TOS: Thoracic outlet syndrome is accompanied by pain in this region, where the subclavian artery and brachial plexus begin to be impinged by partial closure of the costoclavicular dimension, which in normality is about 1 cm high. A sloped shoulder and abnormal excursion of the clavicle causes abnormal closure of this space.
