Probable tumor node: In the supraclavicular fossa few lesions arise spontaneously. Most have spread. Thyroid Ca can spread to that site as well as tumors of breast having reached level III of axilla. Other nodes can enlarge on the left side as metastasis from abdomen pelvis travelling up the lymphatic pathway to neck
