What could cause a flat, bumpy lymph node that seems to melt into other structures on one side, with another (1cm, rubbery, mobile, round) lymph node above it? location is edge between neck and supraclavicular fossa?

Most likely you are a very good node feeler. Ask Dr to validate. Many normal ones can be felt.

An US of neck showed 2 lymph nodes, one was 1.5cm x 0.9 cm in cervical area and Supraclavicular which was 0.5mmx0.4mm. From what I read, most of the the lymph nodes are oval and not rounded.Rounded shapes are more concerning. Is this the case?
