Infection with omicron subvariants is not serious at your age and usually mild in female population. You should buy a pulse oximeter for monitoring oxygen. You are safe if number stays above 92%, only call 911 if number drops below 90. Use nasacort or nasonex inhaler for nose congestion and take tylenol for sore throat. Paxlovid (anti covid-19 drug) is not indicated if you're otherwise healthy.
