6 months after having covid 19 my chest feels tight, hard to breathe and i feel dizzy and yet asthma meds do not help. a spirometer and lung x-ray showed as normal which is good news but doesnt help me understand the reason ?

See a Doctor: Your symptoms could be cardiac. See a doctor to make sure you don't have ischemia due to coronary artery disease. Have you had your lipids done recently? Coronary blockages can present with these types of symptoms.

Further assessment: I don't know the cause of your symptoms. Possible pulmonary scarring may be viewed using a CT scan. As stated earlier, you could potentially have cardiac issues.
