Good evening everyone. i have tested positive for covid on the 19th of this month. so far i have been doing really well and no serious issues. my chest however feels tight, not struggling to breathe at all anything i can use to make it a bit easier?

Symptomatic relief: Homemade chicken noodle soup can help to mobilize mucus & has an anti-inflammatory effect. Hydrate well with clear broths, water or add a small amount of lemon to Chamomile tea. Pour boiling water over thinly sliced ginger. Steep 5 min. in a covered pot. . Get emergency care for difficulty breathing, blue lips or confusion.

Observe: Continue to stay home, rest and hydrate. Monitor your temperature, and follow up with your PCP if you still are not well in one week. Consider antibody testing and a plasma donation.
