I have asthma & i had cold/flu/covid last wk. i have tightness in my chest & my asthma presents w/coughing fits, & some post nasal drip. last wk had temp of 100.4 bout 4-5 days fatigue,nausea my inhalers are low. i dont have reg dr. how do i proceed?

COVID: It is almost impossible to differentiate a cold from COVID. Testing may not be available where you live but at this point it is not absolutely necessary. Seek medical attention if you become short of breath or if your inhalers stop working. Call pharmacy to see if you can have a refill. If not, go to Urgent Care or Use this website for a consultation/refill.

Get tested : Get COVID 19 testing - many testing sites don't require doctor intervention at this point. Rest, hydrate, quarantine & eat healthfully. Consider use of acetaminophen, saline for nasal irrigation, decongestant or cough syrup. Get urgent care for difficulty breathing, blue lips, persistent chest pain/ pressure or new onset confusion.
