Is a lipase of 51 of concern when i have ruq pain and nausea? it gets worse after eating, is this possibly pancreatitis?

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, the information you provided is not consistent with acute pancreatitis. Consider consulting a GI specialist. Wish you good health!

One report of a blood test is not diagnostic. It has to be co-related to your exam. No your symptoms are not of pancreatic cancer. Pl have your MD check you. Good luck and dont worry.
