Will an enlarged prostate cause urinary incontinence and bladder wall thickening?

These symptoms certainly could result from prostate enlargement; the important issue probably is the particular cause. Presumably you have had imaging (CT, ultrasound, MRI?), otherwise you would not know about bladder wall thickening, which in turn suggests you have a doctor for this, ideally a urologist. Follow his or her advice -- or ask for referral to a urologist if not yet done. Good luck.
