See your doctor!: Lots of new and exciting treatments now are available for different types of incontinence -- outpatient, one-stitch sling procedures to cure stress (cough, sneeze) incontinence; new, effective medications with fewer side effects to treat oab (over-active bladder); and newer, more accurate, in-office testing to confirm the diagnosis and the right treatments.

Sure: I'm assuming stress incontinence (leak when cough). If not severe sometimes a large tampon will give some releif. Collagen injections can help as can biofeedback- but both these are temporary. Incontinence slings are the gold standard at this time- see a urogyn.

Stress incontinence: Significant stress incontinence not improved by pelvic floor therapy is best treated by a mid-urethral sling in a young woman. In office thermal therapy and urethral bulging agents have not shown satisfactory durability in young women. See a urologist for testing and treatment.
