You have options.: You could be fitted for a pessary that would support your pelvic organs. Many women do very well with a pessary. Their are many surgical options for pelvic organ prolapse. To determine the best treatment for you would require an exam to determine exactly what type of prolapse is present. It is important to see someone who specializes in this type of surgery.
