Probably not: While the answer to your first question is "maybe", an overactive bladder might even be aggravated by a c-section (the bladder is normally pushed out of the way during the procedure). This is such a weak indication that a c-section would be considered purely elective and specific benefits to the bladder would not necessarily be expected.

C-Section will : Decrease the risk of stress urinary incontinence, it may not reduce the risk of urge incontinence or over active bladder but after you deliver and are done breast feeding there are many newer meds that work quite well for this.
