Physically good: It was wise to check for physical issues and now that you know you are of sound body - it's time to work on the mind part. A good CBT therapist can teach skills to understand, avoid, reduce and manage anxiety. It's a great value since it can benefit you through out life. If medication is needed they can refer for that - but I'd try Therapy first. Best wishes.
