Having sore chest, heart palpitations, contant brain fog and dizziness. had ekg, blood and urine done. all good. what can i do to get back to normal?

Further evaluation: Depending on your age and risk factors you may benefit from a stress test and echo you should also have your BP checked lying, siting and standing to see if any drop. A 24 hour or even 2 to 4 week heart monitor helps based upon how frequently your are having palpitations and foggy sensation. With your symptoms a normal ekg is not enough to say everything is okay.
