What can cause your heart rate /blood pressure to spike? have had labs with d dimer, trops, ecg, x-ray, echo, holter. some days its good, others im constantly going from 100-140 heart rate all day even sitting and my bp gets high. any other tests?

I trust you're being evaluated & advised by a cardiologist. If not,consult one. Did your outpatient cardiac monitor document those rapid heart rates. If so, what did the cardiologist or MD diagnose? A rather rare endocrine tumor, pheochromocytoma,can cause sudden spikes of high BP & rapid heart rates. There are tests for tis. Overactive thyroid is another possibility. You need continual follow-up
