Healthy normal bp & blood, ecg abnormal "unconfirmed" left atrial enlargement, incomplete rbbb, left ventricular hypertrophy, nonspecific t wave abnormal. i have no symptoms. dr. says all is good. should i be worried & get further tests or ignore?

In general trust your Dr who knows you. If not get second opinion from someone who can see you and look at ECG etc. We cannot answer in a meaningful way given we have not seen you or studies.

Be concerned as your EKG is clearly abnormal. You should be examined & advised by a cardiologist who will schedule an echocardiogram to document the presence of left atrial enlargement and left ventricular hypertrophy as well assess heart muscle function & look for valvular abnormalities. We used to trivialize incomplete RBBB but now consider it a risk for arrhythmias.
