High blood pressure before 32 years old is considered early so secondary hypertension due to a systemic disease needs to be ruled out. Your symptom is called polyarthralgia. If you have not seen a doctor recently, it is time to see your family doctor for a thorough assessment.

At your age autoimmune disease such as rheumatoid arthritis or lupus are high on the list of causes of diffuse joint discomfort. Although low iron absorption can be caused by chronic inflammation, your low iron may be from monthly blood loss. In this case your iron binding capacity level would be high instead of low. I recommend consulting a rheumatologist for evaluation, testing& proper treatment
