Recheck: Recheck BP in all 4 extremities.if BOTH ARMS have low BP while BOTH LEGS have a high BP. You may have a condition of constriction of medium to small size arteries due to a rare inflammatory disease. In this case the BP in the legs represents the true BP which is high. If only ONE arm has a low BP there maybe localized constriction. In both cases you need to be seen by internist or vascular surgeon

Blood pressure: Hi Rachel, Blood pressure reading vary vastly on how they are taken. Size of the cuff, manometer height compared to heart level, experience of the taker, in case of a machine - quality of the machine etc. Normally the pressure in the legs is higher than the arms. If you are concerned, please note any other symptoms, BP during different tiems of the day,in different positions etc. and see your PCP
