Good afternoon. my right arm blood pressure is showing 161/93, left arm 125/85. when i am rushing or increasing voice my so2 goes from 97 to 82-82-84 % or higher for a second than back to 97%. my right leg hurts too. what could it be please? thanks?

Difference in BP can be due to a rusty spot in left brachial artery narrowing it or or you have a congenital heart problem called a pre-ductal coarctation of the aorta. One of the curable causes of HBP. But be sure there is an arm diff by checking many times of have sometone take it in both arms at the same time.
