Have history of low iron) recently have been getting facial twitches near mouth and eye twitches. have also been getting slight pain in random places (upper arm, leg, arm pit) hands and legs also tingle. could this be blood related or nerve related?

This type of nerve or muscular irritability can be seen in fatigue,strain or overuse of those muscles, but can be a sign of calcium or magnesium deficiency. I haven't seen these symptoms with iron deficiency, however. A neurologist can evaluate & advise you. Appropriate testing will be done. Take a daily iron supplement because of monthly blood loss.
