Epigastric pain can be severe especially when hungry. started taking prilosec last week. had abdominal ct, nothing showed. having scope next week. what would most possible cause be for this pain? really worried?

Also take Maalox and eat small amounts frequently avoiding spicy food. Possibly a peptic ulcer.Scope will give you diagnosis. Hope U feel better
