Dear doctor, i usually take water or fluids intermittently during day and get a late meal in the evening. meaning i've rarely taken lunch for now 8 months does this affect my brain's capacity to store information i read or it's no worry?

It is not uncommon that people only eat 2 meals a day and I do not think that habit will affect your brain's capacity (cognitive function) as long as you have enough nutrients for the day and you do not experience hypoglycemia (low sugar in your blood). Glucose (sugar) is the main nutrient for our brain cells.
